Migration on-premises Exchange to Office 365

Led the complete migration of on-premises Microsoft Exchange environments to Microsoft 365 for approximately 20 clients across various industries. Responsibilities included end-to-end project delivery — from planning, assessment, and design to execution, validation, and handover. Each engagement involved establishing secure hybrid connectivity, migrating mailboxes, public folders, and distribution groups, and implementing identity synchronization with Azure AD Connect. Ensured minimal disruption to business operations through detailed planning, risk management, and after-hours cutovers. Successfully delivered all projects within agreed timelines and budgets, achieving seamless transitions to cloud-based collaboration with improved reliability, scalability, and user experience.
